Taco Bake










Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning OR 3 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • Chili Cheese Fritos
  • 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Toppings desired (salsa, sour cream, onion, tomato, avocado, etc)

Directions:
  1. Brown beef or turkey over medium high heat until no longer pink.
  2. Drain fat and add in taco seasoning and water.
  3. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and meat is coated in seasoning.
  4. Layer Chili cheese Fritos on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
  5. Place seasoned meat on top of Fritos.
  6. In a saucepan, heat cheddar cheese soup and milk over low heat. Once warm and combined, pour cheese over meat.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella over cheese mixture.
  8. Place baking dish in preheated oven, 350, and bake for about 12-14 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and scoop desired amount onto plate.
  10. Serve with desired toppings!!

Creamy white chicken alfredo lasagna one of my favs !!!

















Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
12 lasagna noodles, cooked



Directions
HEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes. Beat cream cheese, milk and garlic powder with mixer until well blended; stir in 2 Tbsp. basil. Mix half with the chicken mixture.
SPREAD half the remaining cream cheese mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice. Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and mozzarella; cover.
BAKE 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

PINEAPPLE NILLA DIP












Ingredients
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed of most liquid
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup vanilla wafers, ground

Directions
In a medium bowl, beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until well combined. Serve with vanilla wafers.



Easy Cheesy Breadsticks



Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can prepared pizza crust
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt



Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Unroll pizza dough onto a greased cookie sheet and brush with butter.
Sprinkle cheeses and spices evenly over the dough.
With a pizza cutter, cut dough lengthwise into 12 long strips. Then cut those in half to make 24 strips.
Do not separate strips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Recut along each strip and remove from cooking sheet.
Serve sticks warm with marinara sauce.

Chocolate Turtle Cake



Ingredients

1
box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ devil's food cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1
bag (14 oz) caramels
1/2
cup evaporated milk
1
cup chopped pecans
1
bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
Ice cream or Whipped cream, if desired
Caramel and chocolate toppings, if desired
Chopped pecans, if desired





Directions


  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • 2 Make cake batter as directed on box. Pour half of the batter into pan. Bake 22 minutes. Refrigerate remaining batter.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat caramels and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring frequently, until caramels are melted. Stir in pecans. Pour caramel mixture over warm cake in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread with remaining batter. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Cool at least 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream, drizzle with toppings and sprinkle with pecans. Store loosely covered.

How to make this recipe :
First step to prepare this recipe is to cook ground beef until meat is browned; drain.
Then stir in beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning mix and 1/4 c. of cheese.
Next you need to sprinkle 1 cup corn chips in bottom of 8x8 baking dish.
Cover with chili.
And bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Spread sour cream over chili.
Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.
Bake 4-5 minutes longer.

Condensed Milk Pound Cake

You need to prepare this recipe 

1 1/2 C. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
3/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, room temp
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp
How to make this recipe 
Combine flour, baking powder and salt...set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and sugar till creamy, about 3 minutes (scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add in vanilla and almond extract, beat again to combine. Add in condensed milk and beat well. Add in eggs, one at a time. Once this has been beaten well, add in the flour mixture a little at a time to combine well. Pour into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 65 minutes.
