SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
Ingredients
3 C milk
3.4 oz. pkg. cook & serve chocolate pudding mix
18 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate cake mix (plus the ingredients on the box to prepare it)
optional garnish:
frozen whipped topping, whipped cream, or ice cream
METHOD
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk together the milk and dry pudding mix.
Pour into the slow cooker.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Carefully pour batter into the slow cooker; do not stir!
Place a paper towel on top of the pot to absorb the excess moisture, secure the lid and cook on high… for 2 1/2 hours.
The cake is done and you can see some pudding!
Spoon some cake out, garnish, pour a little bit of pudding on top and enjoy!
