Glaze:
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
1Tbsp real lemon lemon juice
1 tsp prepared mustard
Meatloaf:
1½ lbs ground beef
1½ cups bread crumbs
¼ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup glaze
1 egg
2 Tbsp real lemon lemon juice
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all of glaze ingredients in a medium sized bowl and set aside
In a large bowl combine meatloaf ingredients and ⅓ cup of your glaze
Shape into a loaf and bake 1 hour; pour off fat
Cover with remaining glaze and place back into oven and bake an additional 15 mins or until done in center
