easy and healthy bread pizza ...yuuumm !!!

  • Suji / semolina – 1 cup
  • Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 2 cup
  • Finely chopped onions – 1/2 bowl
  • Chopped capsicum – 1/2 bowl
  • Sliced Olives – 6-7
  • Finely chopped Green chillies – 2 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1/2 spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Minced Black pepper – 1/4 spoon
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Bread Slice – 5-6 pieces




  • How to Make It



  • Take a bowl and add suji, Milk and Cream in it.
  • Keep it for half hour. So that suji mixture can get bloated up.
  • Now add chopped onions, green chillies and olives in it.
  • Add salt, black pepper and oregano in this mixture.
  • It’s the time to spread this mixture on our pizza base.. means bread slice.
  • Pour 2 tbsp mixture on bread slice and spread it well.
  • Now heat the nonstick frying pan.
  • Put some butter on it. and place the pizza on it.
  • Roast it to make it crispy.
