easy and healthy bread pizza ...yuuumm !!!
Suji / semolina – 1 cup
Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
Milk – 2 cup
Finely chopped onions – 1/2 bowl
Chopped capsicum – 1/2 bowl
Sliced Olives – 6-7
Finely chopped Green chillies – 2 tbsp
Oregano – 1/2 spoon
Salt as per taste
Minced Black pepper – 1/4 spoon
Butter – 2 tbsp
Bread Slice – 5-6 pieces
How to Make It
Take a bowl and add suji, Milk and Cream in it.
Keep it for half hour. So that suji mixture can get bloated up.
Now add chopped onions, green chillies and olives in it.
Add salt, black pepper and oregano in this mixture.
It’s the time to spread this mixture on our pizza base.. means bread slice.
Pour 2 tbsp mixture on bread slice and spread it well.
Now heat the nonstick frying pan.
Put some butter on it. and place the pizza on it.
Roast it to make it crispy.
