Easy Lasagna Recipe !!


  • Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • Parmesan cheese, garnish
  • extra virgin olive oil, just enough to cover bottom of pot




  • How to Make It



  • 1-In large pot, heat oil over medium high heat.
  • 2-Add ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper.
  • 3-Cook until no longer pink, drain excess grease and reduce heat.
  • 4-add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and bay leaves.
  • 5-Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • 6-Once noodles have cooked, drain well. Add noodles to meat mixture. Stir well.
  • 7-Discard bay leaves. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  • 8-Enjoy!
