First you need 6 bacon slices
And also 1/4 cup of regular mustard
Then 1/3 cup of honey
You need also TWO tablespoon of Mayonnaise
Also Two tsp dried onion flakes
One cup of sliced fresh mushroom
Finally you need Two cups of shredded Colby/Jack cheese
How to Make It
tried this out on my family and all I can say is WOW! Not a bite leftover. A little rich. Very filling and /very/ tasty though... So to prepare this recipe you need first to sprinkle & rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt. then you need to cover then refrigerate about 30 mins.
Second step : Now at the same time the chicken is in the refrigerator, you need to cook bacon in a large skillet till crisp. then you need to remove bacon & set aside.
Make sure do not discard grease.
Step 3 : Now at this step all what you need to do is to saute chicken in the bacon grease between 3 - 5 mins per each side. Then you need next to put chicken in a 9" X 13" casserole dish .
Step 4 :Next step now is how to make Honey Mustard so to make it you need first to use a small bowl, and then combine the mustard, honey, mayonnaise then dried onion flakes.
Step 5 : Next you need now to spread some of the Honey Mustard over each piece of chicken, and layer with mushrooms, crumbled bacon, & also shredded cheese. Then you need next to bake in a 350 F oven about 30 mins. Serve and enjoye !
Tips : Serve with the left over Honey Mustard Sauce that you made
