If you have more eggs than you can use within a few weeks of buying them, so you can use this amazing idea and freesing them .... so to start you need first to crack each single egg into each slot in an ice cube tray but making sure that no yolk gets in the whites. Freeze,

Second step : Now at this step you need to pop out & put back into the freezer in a zip lock bag freeing up your ice cube trays for other purposes.

Tips : Now be sure to use simply leave a cube per each egg the recipe calls for sitting at room temp in a bowl to defrost.
