American Chop Suey Goulash
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large sweet onions, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped
2(15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
4 cups cooked, elbow macaroni
How to Make It
1.In a Dutch oven, saute the ground beef over medium high heat until no pink remains
2.Drain
3.Add tomato sauce,diced tomatoes, bay leaves and salt and pepper. Stir.
4Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
5.Add cooked elbows and stir into meat and tomato mixture. Cook until heated through
6. Remove bay leaves before serving
